1.) Why is living in a log home a dream come true?

It’s a remedy to heal a stressed mind, body and spirit. It’s an antitoxin to urbanization. It’s a cure to a programmed routine life that we have come to take for granted. It may be hard to believe that living in a log home can do all that, but doing is believing. It works like a dream!

2.) How much does it cost to own a log home?

The price on your log home will include the price of land. The price will also be for a turnkey log home, which means —– everything is included in the price, from appliances to lighting fixtures to cabinets/vanities to just about all you need —– short of furniture & personal items.  Of course, the price of your log home will depend on such variables as the square footage, land price, special material of your choice (I.e. granite counter-tops, etc.) and so on. Contact us or complete the Request Form for more precise information.

5.) What size log homes do you build?

We build almost any size log home. However, a log home in size less than 1,300 sq. ft. is not recommended simply because it will not be cost-effective. Our sites can accommodate a log home of up to approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of living space. Should you require a bigger log home, we may work with you to search for/locate a suitable home site on which to build your custom log home.

6.) What size log home do I need?

8.) How long does it take to build a log home?

On an average, it takes approximately 8 -12 months from the excavation of the site to the stage of completion where you will be ready to move in your new log home.  Naturally, certain unforeseen factors (i.e. weather, material shortage, etc.) may lengthen the construction process. All in all, we normally work on an efficient, timely schedule.
